Hello friends! My name is Julie Delap and I am a native of the Coulee Region area, having been born and raised in La Crosse. As a lifelong resident, I am intimately knowledgeable with this stunning area of the country. My husband Kyle and I have chosen this area to establish our roots in, and they grow deep.
A little bit about me: my professional career has led me down a few paths, but they have all contributed to me becoming the best real estate agent I can be. I have experience in banking, having worked in a local bank in their lending department. As a natural progression of my career, I also served as a legal secretary for a local law firm, teaching me the in's and outs of legal contracts and negotiations. After banking and legal, I spent a decade in the daycare industry, serving as both an in home daycare provider in addition to owning and operating my own daycare center. This has helped me in a multitude of ways, most importantly establishing my identity as a helper. I want to help; I build relationships with the people in my life and I nurture those carefully and passionately.
As a real estate agent, I have taken considerable time and effort to develop myself into the best agent I can be. Currently, I am licensed to buy and sell properties for my clients in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. I thoroughly enjoy the challenges the real estate market presents to me; every transaction is a blessing.
