For more than three decades, I have been blessed with a successful career in real estate. Being a child whose family moved frequently, and after watching my parents go through the process of relocating to several states, I decided to get my real estate license. Fortunately, I started my career with one of the best CENTURY 21 firms in the system. I began my career in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where the air is clean, the work ethic is strong and the people are very nice. Having sold 34 homes my first year in the business, I branched out and specialized in relocation. I hold the highest designation in relocation, that of Certified Relocation Professional or CRP, through the Employee Relocation Council. I am passionate about making sure the buyers and sellers I work with know that I have their best interest at heart. It's not just about the transaction, it's about making the "magic" happen for my new friends. The process of buying and selling can be daunting. It's my job to take the stress away and make this a pleasant experience for my clients. I truly love what I do, and I'm good at it! I'm very up front with my clients and I advise them, and cooperating agents, that I don't do drama, and I don't play games. It's all about you and your needs. In 2009, I was inducted into the CENTURY 21 International Hall of Fame. This honor and recognition had only been given to 49 agents before me. Not only does it take into consideration consistent years of CENTURION level production, which is the top 1% of agents within the CENTURY 21 system, it also recognizes community service and the art of giving back. I've built 21 homes with Habitat for Humanity across the country and was instrumental in completing the joint project with Habitat for Humanity and Camp Pendleton, to build 14 homes for Veterans or their surviving families, here in San Juan Capistrano. Currently, I am the chairman of the Debbie Olivier Memorial Golf Classic and we are preparing for our 18th tournament. Beneficiaries of the event are Easter Seals and the American Institute for Cancer Research. And, one of my favorite projects for the past 8 years, has been my support and working with the Camp Pendleton YMCA in sponsoring families for Christmas and their Santa's Workshop Toys for Tots programs. It's truly an honor to give to the families who serve to keep us safe and free. It would be my pleasure to help you with your real estate needs and make the "magic" for you, your family and friends.
