Born in June 1977 in Flint, Michigan, to a young single mother, I was raised in a blue-collar town with old-school Midwest values: work hard, do what you say, and say what you'll do — all backed by a handshake.
I graduated at 17 in 1995 from Flint-Hamady High School, where I excelled in athletics, art, and math. I went on to study Graphic Design at Michigan State University in Lansing and Mott Community College in Flint. In 1998, an opportunity to move to Southern California offered a way out of a rusting Rust Belt economy, and I completed my degree in Graphic Design at College of the Desert.
From 1998 to 2007, I worked in Audio/Video integration for several local and national companies. When the 2007–08 recession hit, it opened the door to run my own Audio/Video Integration business. Since then, I've helped build and upgrade more than 2,500 homes right here in the Coachella Valley, with a special focus on Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indian Wells, and Rancho Mirage — giving me an intimate, hands-on knowledge of residential properties across these communities. That experience led me into real estate sales as a REALTOR® starting in 2025.
What sets me apart is the sheer number of homes I've physically worked on, in some phase of construction or renovation, throughout Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indian Wells, and Rancho Mirage. Having been inside so many local homes across these neighborhoods makes me a true neighborhood expert, with a unique eye for craftsmanship, quality, and value. It's insight that helps me accurately gauge, and even influence, a home's worth, street by street and community by community.
If you're looking for a REALTOR® with old-school work ethic, strong values, professionalism, responsiveness, and rare hands-on residential construction knowledge, I'd love to help with all your real estate needs.
