Hi there! I'm Addi Markham. Creativity has always been a big part of who I am--from interior and graphic design to photography, writing, and marketing--and those skills now shape how I approach real estate. From the very start, I use them to showcase your property through professional photos, eye-catching listings, and smart social media strategies, helping your home attract potential buyers while guiding you through the process with care and confidence.

Working as a waitress and being an active student throughout high school taught me to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and always put people first--skills I carry into every client interaction. In high school, I was involved in 4H, Interact, Business Professionals of America, and National Honor Society, where I developed leadership, responsibility, and a strong sense of community. I graduated from Houghton High School in 2022, and those lessons continue to guide how I serve my clients today.

As a newer agent, I'm motivated to stay up to date with technology, tools, and market trends so I can provide clear, informed guidance. I bring fresh energy, modern marketing, and a hands-on approach to every transaction. There's no pressure here--just honest support through one of the biggest purchases of your life. I proudly serve Houghton, Baraga, Keweenaw, and Ontonagon counties in the unique natural wonders of Upper Michigan.

Outside of real estate, I'm a mom to a goofy three-year-old son and getting married this summer. Family and home mean everything to me, and I truly understand how important it is to find the right place to call yours.
