Sam brings a rare combination of executive leadership, legal expertise, and deep title and escrow operations experience to the real estate industry.

Sam began his real estate career in 1998 as a sales agent and property manager. In 2002, he stepped away to attend law school and build a career as an attorney — a path that gave him a legal and regulatory grounding few executives in the industry can match. He returned to real estate as an executive in 2019.

Today, Sam serves as President of Brokerage at Century 21 Affiliated, the #1 Century 21 franchise in the world for 12 consecutive years. He leads and manages the brokerage team, driving strategic planning, growth, and P&L performance. Sam is passionate about building winning management teams — developing leaders who are growth-minded and fostering a collaborative, winning culture. He also oversees the company's escrow and title relationships and operations.

Before joining Century 21 Affiliated, Sam served as President of the Everest Group, where he led executive teams across parent and subsidiary companies, drove the organization's strategic plan, and led the opening and growth of new title and escrow businesses.

A respected attorney, Sam was a finalist for CCIM Real Estate Attorney of the Year in both 2015 and 2017. He has supervised teams of attorneys to improve operations and grow revenue, and as a practitioner advised clients on financing and investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, franchise law, litigation, licensing and defense, corporate policies and procedures, fair housing compliance and defense, and general counsel matters.

Sam is also a sought-after real estate instructor, regularly teaching on a wide range of industry topics.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and sons — playing pickleball and riding motorcycles.
