It is like having my own private park. Cowles Mt and Lake Murray are a 5 minute drive, love it here too! Have a great breakfast with locals at the trails eatery. I love kicking off my shoes at the end of the day and relaxing in my back yard. The sun setting lights up all the mountains around me and really makes me forget I actually live in the city. Having a bed room and bath room down stairs made it perfect for guests to come and stay. They feel like they have their own suite. You could use it as a mother-in- law suite as well.
