Erin McEntee - Director of Operations of Michigan

I built my real estate career from the inside out. First as a producing Realtor, then as a leader who saw firsthand what agents truly need to grow: clear answers, practical systems, consistent accountability, and leadership that does not disappear when the market gets hard.

Today, as Director of Operations for Michigan at CENTURY 21 Affiliated, my role is centered around one mission: helping agents, Team Leaders, and offices operate with clarity, confidence, and momentum.

The challenges agents face today are real. Market conditions are changing. Consumers are more informed. Technology is moving fast. Compliance matters more than ever. Agents are expected to generate business, convert leads, market consistently, negotiate skillfully, manage risk, and still stay motivated through uncertainty.

My job is to make sure they are not doing that alone.

I work alongside our Michigan Team Leaders and Agent Concierges to create the structure agents need to thrive, hands-on training, practical coaching, stronger onboarding, accountability rhythms, recruiting and retention strategies, compliance support, business planning, marketing direction, and real-time problem solving.

At CENTURY 21 Affiliated, we believe agents deserve more than a logo, a desk, and a commission plan. They deserve leadership that understands production, systems that are actually usable, technology that is taught instead of simply handed over, and a culture where support is proactive not reactive.

Our Michigan offices serve agents at every stage of the business, from brand-new agents building their first pipeline to experienced producers who are ready for stronger leadership, smarter systems, and a place where they do not have to carry the weight alone.

If you are an agent who has outgrown your current brokerage, a leader who wants to build something stronger, or someone who believes real estate professionals deserve better support, I would love to connect.

The conversation usually starts with one simple question:

What would it take for you to love where you work?
