I hold an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA in Economics from UC San Diego, giving me a strong foundation in both strategic thinking and market analysis. Before transitioning into residential real estate, I spent 16 years in corporate advertising, where I served as Director of Sales and Marketing. I later owned and operated two Juice It Up! smoothie franchises in San Clemente for a decade. These experiences shaped my entrepreneurial mindset and strengthened my expertise in business development, client service, and operations--skills I now bring to boost my value as a trusted partner for my real estate clients as well as my industry peers.
