As a Realtor for nearly 30 years, my experience has taught me that taking the time to understand the unique needs of each new client is critical to delivering the desired results with as smooth a process as possible. Listening is the key; most everyone has a similar big picture goal, buying or selling property, it's the specific details that determine if, in the end, it feels like success. Starting with an initial consultation, preferably in person, we start with the end in mind. You lay out your vision of what success looks like and I construct the road map to get there. I am brutally honest with my clients, it is my belief that if you have the truth, you can find a way to deal with it, making decisions with half-truths or bad information seldom leads to a good result.
