3. What Does Good Office Culture Look Like To You, And How Does That Make A Difference In Your Life/Career?

 

Less office politics, more collaboration, willingness to teach and grow, and always remembering to work hard and play harder.

 

4. What Advice Would You Give To Agents Just Starting Out, Or To People Interested In Learning More About Real Estate?

 

Connect with an agent you already know and trust and always be sure to ask about the good, the bad, but especially the ugly.

5. How Does Your Unique Experience Bring Value To Your Clients?

 

While my end game is professional, my down-to-earth/relatable personality makes clients comfortable with asking questions and considering suggestions or feedback.

 

6. What Is Your Favorite Thing About Being In Real Estate?

 

Helping homebuyers who think they can’t become homeowners.

 

7. What Has Been The Most Fulfilling Experience For You So Far In Your Career? Why?

 

To me it’s about the underdogs; the people who think they could never purchase a home and to work with them and show them they can and they deserve it!

 

8. What Is The Funniest Experience You’ve Had In Real Estate?

 

I once showed a property to a client who had never seen a bidet before, before I had the opportunity to explain to him what it was, he pushed the button and soaked me full of bidet water.
