Stoughton office holds 2nd annual trivia benefit for local vfw

Stoughton, WI (Grassroots Newswire), March 22, 2022 — CENTURY 21 Affiliated announced today that their Stoughton and Edgerton offices have raised $5,796 for the Stoughton, WI VFW Post #328 as a result of the successful second annual CENTURY 21 Affiliated – VFW Trivia Benefit.

“Because of our community’s generosity and willingness, CENTURY 21 Affiliated was able to raise an astounding amount for the Stoughton VFW and our local Vets,” said Marcie Schmidt, CENTURY 21 Affiliated Team Leader

In addition to funds raised, several trivia participants donated and contributed additional funds to the Stoughton VFW.

Laura Lahti donated her 50/50 raffle winnings of $460; Team #8, “Penguino’s Peeps” and Diane Krszjzaniek donated their 1st place prize of $200; and Jennifer & Michael Olson of Olson Heating & Sheet Metal LLC matched all contributions of $2,898.

With all donations and additional funds, a total of $5,796 was donated to the local VFW.

“We are so blessed to live and work in such a giving community,” said Schmidt in a CENTURY 21 Affiliated Facebook post. “You all inspire us to work harder and do better. Thank you for your support to our local VFW and local Stoughton veterans. We will see you all next year!”
